Q:  What are the advantages of using Innoviant Rx?

A:  With Innoviant Rx, you will receive quick, safe and reliable service. Innoviant Rx offers many valuable services including:
  • Free standard delivery to the member's home
  • Easy registration by mail, fax or Web at www.innoviantrx.com
  • Refill ordering by mail, fax Web or phone at 888-RX-REFIL (888-797-3345)
  • E-mail notification of order status including ship date
  • Refill reminders by e-mail
Q:  Where can I get a mail order enrollment form?

A:  You are able to receive an order form by contacting the Innoviant customer service center at 877-390-9200 or you can download an enrollment packet from the Web site at www.innoviantrx.com.


Q:  How do I start using mail order?

A:  On an individual basis, each member will need to send in a new prescription on or after Jan. 1, 2005 to the Innoviant Rx mail order pharmacy. Or, they can register online at www.innoviantrx.com and have their physician fax the prescription in to Innoviant Rx.


Q:  Can I transfer my current prescriptions to Innoviant Rx?

A:  At this time, you will not be able to transfer existing prescriptions to the mail order facility. Each member will need to send in a new prescription for up to a 90-day supply.


Q:  Can my doctor fax or call in a new prescription?

A:  Your physician can fax a prescription to Innoviant Rx if you have already registered online.


Q:  How long will it take to receive my prescription?

A:  Please allow up to 14 days from the time your prescription is received at Innoviant Rx until it is mailed back to you.


Q:  How do I pay for my prescription?

A:  The most efficient way to pay for a prescription is with a credit card. However, we will accept a personal check or money order.


Q:  Can I get my prescription overnighted?

A:  You are able to have your prescription overnighted for an additional fee.


Q:  How are prescriptions shipped?

A:  Orders are typically shipped via First Class U.S. Mail or UPS. Medications that require refrigeration are shipped in cold packs.
