It's easy to find a participating pharmacy in your local area. With over 56,000 pharmacies in the Innoviant network you're sure to find one that's close to home or work. For your convenience, we've developed a chain store listing to help you find a participating pharmacy.

If you need assistance locating the pharmacy closest to you, call our customer service center at 877.559.2955. They are available to assist you Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (CST), Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m..

Using Non-Network Pharmacies

For group plans with a standard co-payment, if you present your card at a non-network pharmacy, or if other circumstances necessitate a cash purchase, you will have to pay 100% of the retail price for your prescription. If your benefit plan provides coverage for reimbursement of prescriptions purchased at a non-network pharmacy, you will need to submit a claim reimbursement form and the prescription receipt directly to Innoviant. Your reimbursement amount is based on the contracted rate paid to a participating pharmacy and your benefit plan. See your company's benefit manager to obtain a claim reimbursement form or you can download one from our Web site.

Using Your ID Card

You can use your prescription ID card at any pharmacy that is part of the Innoviant network. All you have to do is present your card to the pharmacy and they will electronically enter your claim. The pharmacy will collect the appropriate benefit payment as defined by your benefit plan for the prescription product purchased.

Saving Money

To save money on your prescriptions, try requesting generic products. It's a good idea to ask your doctor if your brand-name medication can be exchanged for a generic product before you request them from the pharmacist. Your doctor will let you know if the generic version will work as well as the brand-name version.

Mail Service Pharmacy

Your employer may offer a program that allows you to order prescription products through the mail. (Ask your company's benefit manager if this service is available to you.) Using a mail service pharmacy is an easy way to have your prescriptions delivered right to your home and may save you money.

People on maintenance medications (medications that are taken on an ongoing basis) will especially enjoy the convenience of not having to go to the pharmacy as often. To enroll, contact your human resources representative, benefit office or call Innoviant direct at 877.559.2955.
